617 GAS collects technical and organizational data necessary to facilitate gas exchange logistics. This includes facility addresses, procurement officer contact details, and purity requirement specifications. We also log IP addresses and browser metadata for system security and load balancing within the Greater Boston network terminal.

2. Usage of Information

Data provided to the Platform is used strictly for:

  • Verifying supplier certifications and COA documentation.
  • Optimizing delivery routes within the Route 128 and Seaport corridors.
  • Generating transaction manifests and regulatory compliance reports.

3. Data Sharing Protocol

617 GAS shares facility data only with vetted logistics partners and gas suppliers involved in an active Request for Quote (RFQ) or fulfillment cycle. We do not monetize or sell commercial procurement data to third-party marketing entities.

4. Security Infrastructure

ALL TRANSACTIONAL DATA IS ENCRYPTED VIA TLS 1.3. ACCESS TO LOGISTICS MANIFESTS IS RESTRICTED TO AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL UNDER MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION PROTOCOLS.
