1. Scope of Service

617 GAS (the "Platform") serves as a regional logistics exchange connecting verified industrial gas suppliers with commercial and research consumers in the Greater Boston Area. 617 GAS facilitates marketplace discovery and logistics coordination but does not directly manufacture chemical assets unless otherwise specified.

2. Purity & Certification

All suppliers listed on the exchange must provide current Certificates of Analysis (COA) for specialty gases including Argon, Helium, and Xenon. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify that the grade (Research, Medical, or Industrial) meets their specific facility requirements upon delivery.

3. Regional Logistics & Safety

Delivery schedules for the Route 128 and Seaport corridors are subject to regional traffic conditions and hazardous material transport regulations. All cylinders and cryogenic vessels remain the property of the supplier unless purchased outright. Users must adhere to OSHA and NFPA standards for gas storage and handling at their receiving facility.

4. Liability Limitation

617 GAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM SYSTEM DOWNTIME, DELIVERY DELAYS, OR GAS PURITY DISCREPANCIES BEYOND THE TRANSACTION VALUE OF THE SPECIFIC ORDER PLACED THROUGH THE EXCHANGE.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from the use of the 617 GAS platform shall be settled in the courts of Suffolk County, MA.
